*Terms & Conditions of our Referral Reward program

 

  1. The Referrer must formally introduce Strata Angels to the Referred Client (such as the Owners Corporation, the Owners Corporation Committee and/or other stakeholders) and provide their contact details along with all other relevant information.

 

  1. Strata Angels will present requisite a proposal to the Referred Client to take over the Management of the Owners Corporation, while the Referrer will facilitate the process till the time our Contract of Appointment is duly executed between the Owners Corporation and Strata Angels. In essence, the Referrer and Strata Angels will need to closely work with each other and the Referred Client to ensure the new business is successfully attained.

 

  1. Depending upon the dollar value of the attained new business, Strata Angels will provide to the Successful Referrer a gift card for either $250, $500, $750 or even $1,000 as per our tiered plans. For more details, please fill a form by clicking ‘Here’s my Business Referral’.

 

  1. The currency referred in this Referral Reward program is Australian Dollars.

 

  1. Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a Business Referral sent through by completing a form titled ‘Here’s my Business Referral’ on website www.strataangels.com.au by a person, either individually or as a representative of an entity (a "Referrer") who has a consent from the Referred party. A separate form needs to be filled for each Business Referral, which will be registered by us as a New Business Lead on a first come first served basis.

 

  1. Successful Referral: A Successful Referral is defined as a Business attained by us through a Qualified Referral. The Referrer becomes eligible for the Referral Reward after the referred business is successfully attained by Strata Angels.

 

  1. Strata Angels will inform the successful Referrer in around 2 to 3 weeks after the new business has been duly attained. Thereafter, Referral Reward will be available for collection by the Referrer. Any unclaimed Referral Reward will be forfeited after a waiting period of 90 days from the date of intimation to the Referrer.

 

  1. Tax Liability: The Referrer is responsible for any and all tax liability whatsoever resulting from this Referral Reward program.

 

  1. No Spam: You must comply with all “SPAM” laws and we strongly discourage any sort of SPAM emails or filling up SPAM forms on our website(s).

 

  1. Right to refuse Referrals: Strata Angels reserves the right to refuse any Referrer and/or Referred Client at its sole discretion without giving any reasons thereof.

 

  1. Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: Strata Angels reserves the right to cancel the Referral Reward program or to change these Terms & Conditions, partial or full, at any time at its sole discretion.

 

  1. Strata Angels is a trading/business name of Austin Penman Pty Ltd., which is a registered company in the state of Victoria, Australia.
